The Property
The Broadway Park Hotel, once the magnificent mansion house of a Victorian entrepreneur, has great character and much architectural interest. A short pleasant stroll from the seafront, the hotel is set in its own grounds. Sandown is everything a holiday resort should be, with an enviable position on the wide sweep of Sandown Bay and a magnificent sandy beach.

How to get there
By Car:
From the M27 or A27, take the M275 and the A3 to Portsmouth. Follow signs for Old Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight Car Ferry Terminal. Wrightlink’s port ticket office is by the terminal. On leaving the ferry at Fishbourne, head for Ryde and then Sandown. Go through Brading then to roundabout with the Broadway Garage on your left. Go right at the roundabout. Turn right into Melville Street which runs across the Broadway. The hotel is at the end of the road.
By Train:
Services operate to Portsmouth Harbour Station (National Rail Enquiries 08457 484950), which is near the Isle of Wight Passenger Ferry Terminal. A Catamaran service operates to Ryde Pier Head, where there is a connecting rail link.
National Express:
Service to Portsmouth Hard Interchange, which is near the Isle of Wight Passenger Ferry Terminal. (Enquires to 08705 808080).
